A lakeside gem in Bowness! 🌊🏞️

Location was brilliant, just a stroll to the lake and the cosy room was lovely, especially with that stunning view. The brekkie was fab, homemade jams were a tasty highlight! Jill was super friendly, made us feel right at home, sharp service!

Only issue was the WiFi acting up a bit, but ain't a biggie when you out enjoying the scenery anyway.

The Bay House had an incredible location just minutes from the lakeside. The room was tidy, with a clean carpeted floor, and the bedding offered comfy sleep every night. Breakfast stood out, made fresh with high-quality local ingredients. I appreciated the personalized options during breakfast, and Jill checked in to ensure everything was perfect. I found the TV reception quite poor during my stay, which was frustrating. a lounge area would have enhanced the experience, especially for socializing with other guests. While the service was top-notch, the dining area could benefit from a more versatile setup during the day.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Bay House! The breakfast, made with fresh, local produce, was simply delightful and set me up for a day of exploring. The view from my room overlooking Lake Windermere was breathtaking, and the homemade cakes left each day were a lovely treat. Jill and Phil were fantastic hosts, ensuring everything was perfect.

Our stay was for two nights, celebrating my wife's birthday, and it couldn't have been better! The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, especially while enjoying breakfast, which was prepared with fresh local ingredients and had plenty of choices, including a vegetarian option. Jill was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of during our meals. Plus, being just a short walk from attractions like the World of Beatrix Potter was a huge bonus.

Had a lovely 2 night stay! The room was cozy with an amazing view of the lake. Breakfast was a highlight, especially that homemade jam, yum! Jill was super attentive, making us feel right at home. Only bummer was the internet being a bit spotty at times. a fab experience!
